USA Water Ski Board Approves Membership Initiatives
In an effort to simplify its membership structure, the USA Water Ski board of directors recently voted to consolidate the existing $5 Basic Skills and $10 Guest memberships into one membership.
This "new" Guest membership is ONLY available for use at USA Water Ski-sanctioned Basic Skills Clinics, Exhibitions/Ski Shows and Level II Club Practices at a cost of $7 each and provides temporary insurance coverage for non USA Water Ski members for the duration of the sanctioned event. Guest members may not jump over a ramp.
Guest members must complete an Event Membership Application, pay the $7 fee and sign an Event Waiver (retained by the event organizer), prior to participation at each event. Guest members will be issued a temporary membership receipt by the event organizer as proof of payment/coverage for the event.
